Due to the overwhelming response to the current offer of  GOVERNMENT OF  JAMAICA INVESTMENT DEBENTURE 2001/2002 SERIES "M", subscriptions for which were scheduled to close  WEDNESDAY JULY 19, 2000,  the Government  announces that the subscription period will now close on TUESDAY JULY 18, 2000 AT 10:30 A.M.
