Financial Secretary, Miss Shirley Tyndall, is advising policyholders and members of the public that all Health and Group Life policies offered by Crown Eagle, Dyoll Life and Mutual Life Insurance Companies are still in force. Claims under these policies will therefore continue to be honoured in full. The injunction on interest-sensitive policies does not affect Health and ' Group Life Insurance offered by the Independent Life companies. Health and Group Life insurance remain part of the insurance business of these companies and will continue to form part of the business of the new Independent Life, when Crown Eagle, Dyoll Life and Mutual Life are merged.
