Please note that the following sections of the revised Procurement Handbook were amended subsequent to its (January 3, 2011) posting to this website.

VOLUME 1
1. Appendix 1 – List of Sector Committees has been removed. Please refer to NCC website listing.

VOLUME 2
1. Appendix A7.6.5 - Retention – This section now indicates that retention is applicable only to works contracts.

2. Appendix 6 – Contract Value Threshold Above $3M to $10M (Works) – Advertising through local newspapers has been removed from the requirements.

3. Appendix A7.6.2 – Performance Security – This section now states that performance security is not mandatory and not applicable to contracts below $10M.

VOLUME 3
1. Section 1.3 Contract Value Thresholds – TCC requirement is now included.

 

2. Section 1.3 - Up to J$4 Million (Limited Tender) - a minimum of three (3) consultants to be invited.

VOLUME 4
1. Section 2.5 (3) (Premium below $1M) – now reads “Procuring Entities must request that Brokers submit on Like for Like and a maximum of three (3) Alternative Proposals”.
