Civil Service Week

Civil Service Week is observed the 3rd week of November each year. This year, Civil Service Week will be observed November 16 - 22, 2025. The celebration is geared toward highlighting the worth and work of outstanding Civil Servants who have given excellent service to Central Government and to the country on a whole.

Winner - People's Choice

Veronica Miller Richards, Regional Health Records Administrator at the Ministry of Health and Wellness copped 11,551 votes to win the People’s Choice Award.

Winner - Management

Andre Allen (centre), Manager for Computer Services at the Jamaica Information Service copped the Civil Servant of the Year Award in the Managerial Category.

Winner - Mid Management

Barbara Williams Riley (centre), Field Supervisor at the Statistical Institute of Jamaica copped the Mid-Managerial Category.

Winner - Technical Support

Jeron Bonsfeather (centre), Psychiatric Nursing Aide at the Ministry of Health and Wellness came out on top in the Technical Support Category.
