The application form and questionnaire for the awards have been developed and can be found on here and the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica’s website.
The Ministry of Finance and the Public Service (MOFPS) in collaboration with the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) has established the annual Public Bodies’ Corporate Governance Awards for public bodies. These awards will be applicable to those Public Bodies which are governed by the Public Bodies Management and Accountability Act (PBMAA) and the Corporate Governance Framework for Public Bodies (CGF).

The general operation date for the
Regulations is four (4) months after
publication in the Gazette. This will allow
steps to be taken to operationalise certain
activities including those relating to the
creation of the Database of Prospective
Directors.

The Access to Information Act was passed in June, 2002. It gives citizens and other persons a general legal right of access to official government documents which would otherwise be inaccessible. The application must specify the basis for making the claim and the nature of the amendment or annotation which you require.
Where an annotation is required, you must include, along with the Application, a statement specifying the correction which you feel needs to be made. You will, in most cases, be required to provide verification of the truth of the matters contained in this type of application. You may also be asked to provide relevant identification.
